Flickering Candlelight

Last week I made a trip down to the sunny Hampshire countryside to meet with the lovely Alesia from Alesia Barry candles. Alesia creates beautiful handmade candles from natural soy and vegetable waxes, which are perfect for weddings, parties or a cosy home. 

Embellished with Swarovski crystals and ribbons, the pillar candles make for elegant centrepieces and would also be perfect on a church windowsill for a crisp Winter wedding. The table candles and wedding favours are a great alternative to plain votives and add the finishing touch to any table.

The candles are all beautifully packaged and lightly fragranced; I particularly loved the Waterlily & Clementine and Sweet Lime & Black Pepper; both of which smelt wonderfully fresh, and the deep musky scent of Sandalwood & Vanilla.

 

 

There is nothing quite like candlelight to create a beautiful atmosphere at any wedding or party, and Alesia's creations are utterly lovely!
